These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Your Daily Habits (the "App"), developed and operated by Lutarea ("we", "us", or "our"). The App is distributed for Apple platforms (iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch) and is listed on the Apple App Store under the name Your Daily Habits.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App and eligibility
Your Daily Habits helps you track daily habits with streaks, reminders, insights, widgets, Apple Watch companion, optional HealthKit auto-sync, optional JSON backup, optional app lock, and five evidence-based habit frameworks. The App is a personal productivity tool — not medical, psychological, or professional health advice. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by Apple and applicable law.
2. Apple App Store
If you obtain the App through the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and rules. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, or support, except as required by Apple's policies.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the store from which you obtained the App.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the App except where mandatory law allows.
- You may not use the App in any way that violates applicable law or infringes third-party rights.
4. Your data and conduct
You are responsible for the habits and notes you enter. Optional features may use Apple frameworks you approve (for example HealthKit, biometric authentication for app lock, or notifications for reminders).
5. Free plan and future paid features
The free version limits how many active habits you can create. Existing habits above the limit remain readable and editable; creating new ones beyond the limit may be blocked. We may introduce optional paid features later; current free limits are described in the App.
6. Export, import, and sharing
The App may let you export or import JSON backups and export habit data to CSV. You are responsible for what you export and share. iCloud Drive backups use Apple's Lutarea BACKUPS container under Apple's terms.
7. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lutarea and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim or (b) zero if the App is free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may cease providing the App where required by law or if you materially breach these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
