Getting the App
Your Daily Habits is distributed through the Apple App Store (or TestFlight during beta). Search for Your Daily Habits by Lutarea on your iPhone or iPad.
The App requires iOS 18.0 or later. Home screen widgets, Lock Screen widgets, Apple Watch app, complications, and Siri shortcuts use App Group group.com.lutarea.yourhabits.
Common topics
- Today — daily checklist with progress, confetti on a perfect day, skip/freeze without breaking long streaks, and optional notes on completions.
- Habits — create habits with symbols, colors, schedules, daily targets, and reminders. Free plan supports up to 3 active habits; archive or delete to add new ones.
- Approaches — Atomic Habits, Tiny Habits, Implementation Intentions, Don't Break the Chain, Cue–Routine–Reward, or custom coaching tips in the App.
- Reminders — local notifications you configure per habit. Enable notifications in iOS Settings if prompts do not appear. Mark habits done from Lock Screen notification actions when offered.
- Widgets — home screen Today list and streak gauges; Lock Screen circular and rectangular widgets. Toggle habits from the widget when supported; pending sync completes when the App opens.
- Apple Watch — companion app and complications show today's progress from a snapshot shared with iPhone through the App Group and WatchConnectivity.
- HealthKit (optional) — in Settings, grant Health access to auto-suggest completing habits linked to steps, water, or sleep.
- Insights — heatmaps, habit correlations, achievements, and weekly stats computed on device.
- Language — nine interface languages in Settings → Localization (English, Ukrainian, German, Italian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, French, Czech). The App uses your in-app language choice, not only the device system language.
- JSON backup — under Settings, export or import habits as JSON. Exports can save to iCloud Drive → Lutarea BACKUPS or a folder you choose. This is separate from the on-device database and does not replace keeping regular exports if you rely on file backup.
- Security — optional passcode and Face ID / Touch ID under Settings → Privacy & Security → Security; optional privacy cover in the app switcher.
Reporting a problem
When you email support, include your iOS version, App version (Settings → About), and steps to reproduce. For widget or Watch issues, note whether the problem is on iPhone, Watch, or both. For reminder issues, confirm notification permission in iOS Settings and that reminders are enabled on the habit.
Your Daily Habits is a personal habit tracker — not medical or professional health advice.
