Getting the App

Your Collections is distributed through the Apple App Store. Search for Your Collections by Lutarea on your iPhone or iPad, or open the store link from TestFlight if you are in a beta program.

The App requires iOS 17.0 or later and runs on iPhone and iPad. Bundle identifier: com.lutarea.yourcollections.

Common topics

• Offline-first catalog — collections and items are stored on your device with SwiftData. There is no Lutarea account and no CloudKit sync of the live database. To move data to another device, export a JSON backup from Settings and import it on the other device (Replace, or Merge on Pro when available).
• Collection types — choose a kind (coins, stamps, trading cards, LEGO, vinyl, watches, and many more). Each kind has its own fields; Custom lets you track anything with shared item fields.
• Items — add title, photos, quantity, condition, status (in collection / wishlist / ordered / sold), purchase and estimated values, tags, storage location, and type-specific attributes.
• Search and stats — filter and sort inside a collection; Stats shows totals, wishlist count, and value breakdown by collection.
• iCloud backup (optional) — Settings → Data & Backup: export to Files → Lutarea BACKUPS → Your Collections Backups (container iCloud.com.lutarea.backups). Backups may include photos. Requires iCloud; Lutarea does not receive the backup contents.
• Free limits — Free plan can create up to 5 collections, up to 200 items per collection, and up to 3 photos per item. Existing items above a limit remain editable; creating new ones may be blocked until you free space. No in-app purchases in the current Free-only release.
• Themes and language — system / light / dark / Deep Teal (Original) themes; nine interface languages or follow the system language.
• Reset — delete collections or items in the App, or uninstall to remove local storage. Exported JSON files remain files you manage yourself.

Reporting a problem

When you email support, please include your iOS version, App version (from Settings → About or the App Store / TestFlight), and steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots help. For backup import issues, note whether you used Replace or Merge and whether photos were involved.
