Personvernerklæring

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Lutarea ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Your Shopping (the "App") for Apple iOS and iPadOS. The App is associated with the bundle identifier com.lutarea.yourshopping.

1. Summary

Your Shopping is designed to store and process your data on your device. We do not operate our own backend database that receives the contents of your records for advertising or resale. The App does not sync your live database through Apple CloudKit; optional backup uses iCloud Drive files you control. The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the current planned design. Today the App keeps lists on your device. Shared lists that sync between phones require a Lutarea account and are planned (see section 4).

2. Data we process

Depending on how you use the App, categories of information may include:

• Your records — shopping lists, items, aisles, templates and frequent items.
• App settings — theme, language, onboarding state, and similar preferences stored locally.
• Optional backups — JSON (and related) files you export to Lutarea BACKUPS / Your Shopping Backups in iCloud Drive or a folder you choose.

3. Where data stays

Primary storage is local on your device (app sandbox). Optional user-facing backups use the shared iCloud Drive container iCloud.com.lutarea.backups when available. We do not receive those files on Lutarea servers in the current design.

4. Lutarea account and sync (planned)

Sharing lists with other people and syncing them between phones will require a Lutarea account and a Lutarea server. When that feature is released, this Privacy Policy will be updated before it starts: it will describe which list data is sent, who can see a shared list, and how to delete it. Until then, no list data leaves your device except through backups and sharing you start yourself.

5. Third-party data sources

The App does not use third-party data providers.

6. Permissions

The App may request system permissions you approve (for example notifications, photo library, or iCloud Drive access). You can revoke permissions in iOS Settings.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). Do not provide personal information about children through the App beyond what you choose to keep on your own device.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do.
