Getting the App

Your Work is distributed through the Apple App Store (or TestFlight during beta). Search for Your Work by Lutarea on your iPhone or iPad.

The App requires iOS 17.0 or later and runs on iPhone and iPad. Bundle identifier: com.lutarea.yourwork.

Common topics

  • Tasks vs Delegated — Tasks are your own work to-dos. Delegated are items assigned to someone else so you remember to follow up. Keep work context separate from personal planning in Your Tasks.
  • Offline-first records — people, tasks, and notes are stored on your device with SwiftData. There is no Lutarea account and no CloudKit sync of the live database. To move data to another device, export a JSON backup from Settings and import it (merge or replace).
  • Notes — text notes or meeting notes with date and participants; links and file/photo attachments; pin; tags; create a task from a note or from checklist lines (- item); export Markdown or PDF.
  • Follow-up — on a delegated task, swipe or use the menu to open a mailto draft (if the person has an email) or copy a reminder. Optional recurring follow-up reminders can be set when editing a delegated task.
  • Reminders — Settings → Deadline reminders (and reminder time). Due-date reminders fire on the due day at the time you choose.
  • iCloud backup (optional) — Settings → Backup & restore: export to Files → Lutarea BACKUPS → Your Work Backups (container iCloud.com.lutarea.backups). You can also choose a custom folder. Import supports merge or replace. Requires iCloud (or a custom folder); Lutarea does not receive the backup contents.
  • Free limits — Free plan can create up to 100 notes, 100 open tasks, and 25 people (with per-note link/attachment caps). Existing items above a limit remain editable; creating new ones is blocked until you free space. No in-app purchases in the current Free-only release.
  • Themes and language — system / light / dark / Deep Sky / Ocean Light; nine interface languages or follow the system language.
  • App Lock — optional Face ID / Touch ID / passcode gate when opening the App (Settings → App Lock).
  • Widget — add the Your Work Home Screen widget for today’s tasks and waiting follow-ups (titles only).
  • Reset — delete items in the App, or uninstall to remove local storage. Exported JSON and note files remain files you manage yourself.

Reporting a problem

When you email support, please include your iOS version, App version (from Settings → About or TestFlight), and steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots help. For backup import issues, note whether you chose Merge or Replace.
