These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Your Shopping (the "App"), developed and operated by Lutarea ("we", "us", or "our"). The App is planned for the Apple App Store on iPhone and iPad and will be listed under the marketing name Your Shopping when the listing is live.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App and eligibility
Your Shopping is a shopping list app for a household: lists, store aisles, templates and frequent items, with shared lists that sync between phones once Lutarea account sync is available. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by Apple and applicable law to use the App.
2. Apple App Store
If you obtain the App through the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and rules, including the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store Guidelines. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, or support, except as required by Apple's policies.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the store from which you obtained the App.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the App except where mandatory law allows.
- You may not use the App in any way that violates applicable law or infringes third-party rights.
4. Your content and conduct
You are responsible for the information and files you create or import into the App. You represent that you have the rights necessary to store that content on your devices.
Optional features may access Apple frameworks you approve in system prompts (for example photos, notifications, or iCloud Drive for optional backup). You control whether those features are used.
5. Backup, import, and export
The App may let you export your data as JSON backup files and import backups you choose (merge or replace). You are responsible for what you share and for reviewing imported content before relying on it. Optional backups may use the shared Lutarea iCloud Drive container (Lutarea BACKUPS / Your Shopping Backups), separate from any CloudKit database sync.
6. Third-party data and important notices
Shared lists and sync between phones are planned and depend on a Lutarea account; until they are released, lists work on one device. Prices and quantities you enter are for your convenience only.
Details about third-party data sources are in the Privacy Policy. Third-party data is provided by its owners under their own terms, and we do not guarantee its availability or accuracy.
7. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Material changes to the Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lutarea is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
