This Privacy Policy describes how Lutarea ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Your Health Track (the "App") for Apple iOS and iPadOS. The App is associated with the bundle identifier com.lutarea.yourhealth.
1. Summary
Your Health Track is designed to store and process your data on your device. We do not operate our own backend database that receives the contents of your records for advertising or resale. The App does not sync your live SwiftData database through Apple CloudKit; optional backup uses iCloud Drive files you control. The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the current planned design.
The App is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Data we process
Depending on how you use the App, categories of information may include:
- Your records — health metrics you enter (for example weight, blood pressure, symptoms), medication schedule notes, appointments, journal entries, charts, and reminders.
- App settings — theme, language, onboarding state, and similar preferences stored locally.
- Optional backups — JSON (and related) files you export to Lutarea BACKUPS / Your Health Track Backups in iCloud Drive or a folder you choose.
3. Where data stays
Primary storage is local on your device (SwiftData / app sandbox). Optional user-facing backups use the shared iCloud Drive container iCloud.com.lutarea.backups when available. We do not receive those files on Lutarea servers in the current design.
4. Permissions
The App may request system permissions you approve (for example notifications, photo library, or iCloud Drive access). You can revoke permissions in iOS Settings.
5. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). Do not provide personal information about children through the App.
6. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do.
